Company dancer Lau Saulong will teach our first online ballet class "Pre-beginner 1" using simple ballet moves and floor barre exercises. Everyone can do these at home to stay fit, and keep your muscles in shape!
我們首集網上芭蕾課將由舞蹈員梁秀朗為大家教授芭蕾入門小練習，透過伸展動作讓身體保持良好狀態，大小朋友都可在家跟著一起上課！
