Intermediate/Advanced Ballet 中/高級芭蕾

This class is designed for students with an extensive understanding of ballet. Classes focus on advanced technique and placement while emphasising dance quality and musicality in a safe and supportive atmosphere. As students gain a comprehensive understanding of barre and centre work, they will be challenged with more advanced combinations at a faster pace.

*This level is geared towards students age 13 & up; It is recommended that students have 5-7+ years of recent ballet training.

課程為具有一定程度芭蕾知識的學員而設。學員將運用高階芭蕾舞術語，並在一個安全及有充足支援的環境下集中鞏固技巧及改善體位，同時注重音樂感的訓練。當學員全面掌握扶把及中心練習，便可挑戰速度較快的進階組合練習。
